Office hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST
Minimum orders: $100.00. A $10.00 handling
fee will be applied to all orders under $100.00
Freight: UPS is our standard parcel
ground service. At your request, we can use your preferred
carrier freight collect. Please inspect your shipment immediately
upon receipt. If damaged by shipping, please advise us immediately.
Service charge: Returned NSF checks
will be assessed a $35.00 charge.
Returns: All returns require an RMA#
prior to shipping. A packing list must accompany the returned
shipment. Only full cartons will be accepted as a return
for credit. Customer will be responsible for paying freight
for all returned goods.
Shipping points: Copier toner and impact
ribbons are shipped from our West Coast facility. Thermal
fax ribbons and laser cartridges are shipped from our East
Coast facility.
Prices: Prices and availability are
subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S.
dollars.
Errors/omissions: We are not responsible
for errors or omissions that may occur anywhere on this
